- Translate customer requirements to Platform Features + Be “the face” of Integration Hub to our customers. Senior person with suitable customer-facing & organizational skills to provide a professional face to the customers and ensure their requirements are understood and translated into logical/technical designs (aligned to our mission, vision and strategy) – and the be a Single-Point-of-Contact for the Customer through their implementation journey.
- Excellent Business Analyst and Customer-Facing Requirements Gathering Skills – Ability to translate project requirements into integration platform/product features, document them as specification documents to initiate product development
- Excellent understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns – Understanding and use of any Integration Framework such as Apache Camel, Spring etc
- Prior experience of implementing integration solutions on any of the middleware technologies such as ESB and any middleware products as an integration developer – Understanding of integration components and their use from at least one of the cloud platforms i.e., Azure or AWS e.g. Azure Service Bus, Event Hub and Event Grid
- Good understanding of event driven and micro service architecture & Understanding of Security and networking
- Secondary/ nice to have:
- Previous programming experience using java or any other leading programming language
- Expertise in the design & build of Integration solutions using Serverless Services e.g., Logic App, Function App
- K native Integration solutions
- Connectors
- HA/DR solutions
- solutions for Observability, Discoverability, CI/CD
- Expert understanding of security best practices, open standards e.g., oTel, cloud events, AsyncAPI specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and presentation skills)
