SAP HCM – Qatar Location

Candidates with 8+ Years’ experience

  • The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HCM  to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Design, configuration and testing of SF HCM as well as integration with other SAP Modules: FI/CO
  • Analyze the current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products.
  • Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
  • Acts as liaison with business team for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
  • Data migration activities including master & transactional data
  • Development / enhancements specifications (Z reports, smart forms, and user exists)
  • Prepare cutover strategy and conducting cutover detailed activities.
  • In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
  • Ability to design and delivery HR data packs
  • Extensive experience in management of SAP HR IT application systems development and maintenance.
  • Maintenance of HCM SAP System
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and accuracy of data processing
  • Resolve system issues by correcting data and/or modifying configurations/programs
  • Analyze / design / configure / test / communicate with users for minor enhancements.
  • Meet established SLA (Service Level Agreement.
  • New Project Implementation / Roll Out in HXM area
  • Lead and manage small / medium scale projects
  • Plan and define scope, timeline, and resources for projects
  • Gather and document user requirements 
  • Design and implement system
  • Build scenarios and perform test
  • Communication with users
  • Communicate daily maintenance issues and project status
  • Maintain thorough understanding of business functions, and utilize the knowledge to facilitate changes
  • Communication and reporting in 
  • Document proper materials
  • Report project and maintenance status
  • Escalate critical system impacts/issues to management
  • Make independent decisions in: –
  • HCM system design and quality that do not impact other business process
  • Urgent system support

  • Changes impacting other systems
